Aju Alexander

With over 18 years experience in enterprise IT outsourcing and consultancy, Aju has a wealth of experience managing professional services and service management businesses. He has previously held positions in Changepond Technologies as Head of Business Operations, Europe and applied his expertise as a Country Manager –UK for Ramco Systems, a leading ERP solutions company.

Aju has a diverse business background and has also held several IT solution sales and account management roles globally. He has managed complex enterprise wide solutions to FTSE 500 companies, across industries that include Financial Services, Retail, Construction, Supply Chain, Sports, Manufacturing, Hospitality, New Media, ISV and Pharmaceuticals.

He has a passion for outsourcing and off-shoring strategies and making them work with experience within Cambridge Assessment, The Medical Defence Union (MDU), Telent Plc, (A Pension Corporation company), FIFA, UPS, Family Investments, Radisson Hotels, to name a few.

A graduate in Electronics Engineering and with a Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Aju has developed a balanced understanding between business requirements and IT capabilities. As an ITSM Certified (ITIL Service Management) consultant , he is currently involved in helping companies with IT governance and service delivery.

Aju is a strong relationship builder with stakeholders in the business, customers, partners and suppliers and has a solid understanding of business processes and global delivery methodologies.
